Phelps Compressed Gasket Sheet

Style 7011 - Steel Wire Reinforced Compressed Aramid With Nitrile Binder

Phelps Style 7011 is a dense wire reinforced Compressed Gasket Sheet with an Aramid Fiber Blend and has a Nitrile rubber binder. This sheet has a graphite coating on both sides. Recommended for super heated steam, thermal cycling, boilers, heat exchangers, gases, fuels, oils, and refrigerants. Its high tensile strength and excellent resistance to hot creep relaxation at elevated stress loads makes this gasket material unique. Style 7011 is an ideal high performance service gasket material withstanding higher than normal pressures.
