Style 9816 - Silicone Sealant
Phelps Style 9816 is 100% silicone sealant. This product can be used for gasketing and as an adhesive, and sticks to metal and glass surfaces. For best results clean with a solvent such as xylol, toluol or methyl ethyl ketone. Phelps Silicone Sealant exhibits high degree of flexibility without compromising strength. This silicone sealant resist extreme temperatures and continue to perform for much longer periods than other adhesives. Stye 9816 blocks the passage of water or other liquids and do not degrade with humidity, while retaining insulating characteristics over a very large temperature range – from 45° to 180°C. These qualities make them particularly suitable for electrical equipment.

Wooden floor, swimming pool, structural glazing of skyscraper with a glass façade
Connection joints between the construction material and functional elements
Weather sealing of glass windows, and other structrual components
Indoor floor joints between the floor covering and wall, indoor corner butt joints where walls meet
