Material
An integral element of our exceptional ability to manufacture and supply gaskets, is our extensive inventory of gasket material. At all times we stock a wide range of elastomeric, non-elastomeric, textile, and compressed sheet material in both sheets and rolls.
This, in addition to our stringent quality control program, ensures total consistency of the quality and tolerance accuracy of commercial and specification material alike.
For your convenience, all gasket material is available in whole rolls or cut lengths, sheets, strips of any width and finished gaskets. Materials listed in this brochure are the most commonly ordered in this.

Frenzelit Compressed Gasket Sheet - Style: 7095
Novapress multi II Compressed Graphite Composite
novapress multi II is Frenzelit’s high temperature, high pressure compressed gasket material. This sheet’s high content of pure graphite has given it over 11 years of successful use in the field. It is easily identified by its blue colored “easy release” non-stick coating.
We manufacture the only Compressed gasket material on the market that; can withstand maximum temperatures in continuous operation, have a pH rating of 2-14 and have a non-stick coating that allows used gaskets to literally falloff the flange. The “Gasket Installation Procedure” must be followed to assure optimum performance in your gasket application.

Compression Packing
Graphite Packing - Style: 2110
Flexible Pure Graphite/Inconel Wire/Centerlock
Braided from flexible pure graphite and inconel wire. Style 2110 contains high density pure graphite strands with inconel wire running down the center of each strand. All strands are then braided into the required square cross section. This construction creates a mechanical packing that can withstand working pressure and temperature that are impressive especially in valves.
Base Material: Flexible pure graphite and inconel wire
Temperature: 2000o F
Pressure: Valve 7000 PSI
FPM: Rotating pump: 1970, Reciprocating pump: 390

Graphite/ PTFE Packing - Style: 2024
Graphite/PTFE /High Temp Lube/Centerlock
Centerlock® braided from pure CPL fiber. This packing is comparable to GFO® fiber in performance but at a lower cost. CPL fiber is made of: Carbon, a high purity graphite; Polytetrafluroethylene, PTFE; and high temperature inert Lubricant.
This unique packing has a graphite content of over 50%. That means CPL fiber is one of only two yarns to achieve this high graphite content. The end result of this high graphite content is longer wear, better heat transfer, and a broad pH range. Less than 50% PTFE in the yarn makes this packing kinder to the shaft while retaining good abrasion resistance.

Pure PTFE Cord/For Valves
This flexible valve stem packing is easy to install. Valve disassembly is not required. Simply wind the cord around the valve stem, push it down into the stuffing box and compress it by tightening the gland nut. It is that simple. The result is a perfect, high precision fit filling some of the flaws and irregularities caused by wear.
Once installed, a slight turn on the gland nut is all the maintenance usually required.
